EVVECT V.O.F. processes personal data. This statement explains which data, why, and what you can do about it. There is nothing in here we would rather hide — if anything is unclear, email contact@evvect.com.

What we do not do
We place no tracking cookies and use no advertising pixels. Our statistics run on our own servers, using software that records no personal data and follows no individual visitor. That is also why you see no cookie banner on this site.
We never sell data on, and we do not share it with parties outside the EU except where listed below.
Who we bring in
A few suppliers process data on our behalf. We have a data processing agreement with each of them.
- Hosting — European infrastructure; data stays within the EU.
- Mollie — payments and direct debit, based in the Netherlands.
- Email — sending invoices and confirmations.
Your rights
You may see your data, have it corrected, have it erased, and you may object to processing. You also have the right to receive your data in a readable format.
Send your request to contact@evvect.com. We respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
Data travels encrypted and is stored encrypted. Access is limited to the people who need it, with two-factor authentication. We make daily backups and test every quarter whether restoring them actually works.
