Can I bring my existing site?
Yes. On Business and Pro we handle the migration for you, including mail and certificates. On Start we help you get going; you do the move yourself through DirectAdmin.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing abrupt. We get in touch and see whether a larger plan makes sense. We do not switch your site off because a number filled up.
What does fair use mean for traffic?
That we do not run a meter as long as you run a normal website. Stream video or store client backups and we call you first — we never simply switch things off. Exactly what does and does not count is in our fair use policy.
Where are the servers?
In a data centre inside the European Union. We host with a European infrastructure provider and manage it ourselves, so we can actually do something when something happens.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Send an email or call; we arrange it at the end of your current period and you take your data with you in a usable format.
