All amounts exclude VAT and are per month. Quarterly, half-yearly or yearly is possible too — you choose that at checkout, and a year costs ten months. Foundations get 10% off. Rooms beyond what your plan includes cost € 7.50 per room per month; you do not have to switch plans for them.

Can I import my current schedule?
Yes. Send us your existing calendar or spreadsheet and we move it across during the trial. It costs nothing extra and usually takes less than a day.
What happens if I stop?
You cancel with an email or a phone call — we arrange it at the end of your current period and check right away whether anything should come back to you. After that you export all your data in open formats (CSV and PDF); your account is deleted permanently after 30 days. No notice period longer than a month.
Does it work on a tablet behind the bar?
Yes, the whole workspace is usable on a tablet. Display mode is a separate web page with today’s schedule, meant for an internal screen — in the office or the kitchen. It shows renters’ names and notes, so do not hang it where the public can read along.
Can renters book themselves?
They can, through the public booking page. You decide whether a request is confirmed immediately or comes past you first.
What about GDPR?
All data sits on European servers, we sign a processing agreement, and you can see per customer exactly what has been recorded.
Can it connect to our accounting?
Not automatically yet — we are working on it. What does work today: you export your invoices and bookings, and the open API lets you connect it to whatever you use.
