A bespoke project starts at roughly € 18,000. Where it lands depends on how many processes you want to replace and which integrations are needed.
After the discovery conversation you get a fixed price per phase — no hourly billing.

Who owns the source code?
You do. On delivery you get the full repository, the documentation and access to the infrastructure. You are not locked in — which keeps us sharp.
What if the scope changes along the way?
It almost always does. We work at a fixed price per phase, so changes during design cost nothing. Changes during the build are traded against something of similar size, or quoted separately.
Can you take over our existing system?
Often, yes. We start with a short code audit to see what state it is in and what taking it on would cost. Sometimes the honest answer is that rebuilding is cheaper.
How much of our own time does it take?
Expect half a day a week during discovery and design, and an hour per sprint demo during the build. Without that involvement it does not turn out well.
