Hardware & integrations

Connecting the physical world to your software.

Displays, locks, tills, sensors and payment terminals. We make them talk to your system — and keep talking when nobody is watching.

What you get

What we connect to

The problem is rarely the device. It is what happens when the connection drops.

  • Payments

Mollie, SEPA direct debit, Wero (iDEAL), card terminals and payment links.

  • Accounting

Exact Online and Moneybird, with VAT rules per customer type.

  • Access & locks

Salto and SimonsVoss: codes that become valid automatically with a booking.

  • Displays & kiosks

Screens that restart themselves, including after a weekend power cut.

  • Sensors & IoT

Temperature, occupancy and consumption, on a dashboard you can actually read.

  • Calendars

Two-way synchronisation with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365.

  • Open API & webhooks

So you can connect something yourself later without needing us.

  • Monitoring

We watch the integration itself, not only the software around it.

Approach

How we approach an integration

  1. Inventory

Which devices, which protocols, and what should happen when something fails.

  2. Pilot

One device, one location, genuinely in use. Roll out only after that.

  3. Rollout

Installation on site, with the configuration recorded and reproducible.

  4. Watching

Monitoring, automatic recovery, and an alert when a human is needed.

Investment

What does it cost, roughly?

An integration with an existing system starts around € 2,500. Hardware on site depends heavily on the number of points and the state of the network.

After the discovery conversation you get a fixed price per phase — no hourly billing.

Scope Duration Estimate
Standard integration System with a decent API, one direction 1–2 weeks € 2,5k – € 5k
Two-way integration Synchronisation with conflict handling 3–5 weeks € 6k – € 12k
Hardware on site Displays, locks or sensors including installation 4–8 weeks op aanvraag
Integration maintenance Monitoring and incident follow-up, per integration ongoing vanaf € 15 /mnd

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Something else? Email us — you will get an answer from someone who builds it.

What if the supplier has no API?

Then we look at alternatives: export files, a local agent, sometimes a different device. We will say plainly when an integration costs more than it returns.

Do you supply the hardware too?

We advise and order alongside you, but you buy the equipment. That keeps the warranty with you and means you pay no markup through us.

What happens if the internet drops?

That is the first question we ask. Displays and locks get a local fallback, so an outage does not mean a locked door.

Can you reuse existing equipment?

Often. Replacing working hardware is rarely necessary; usually the only thing missing is the layer tying it to your software.

Is your equipment not talking to your system yet?

Tell us which device and which system, and we will say within a day whether it can be done.
